When you sign up to Save Our Date, you agree to the following terms:

1. This is a contract between fuzzylime ltd, the proprietor of Save Our Date and a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC354199) and having our Registered Office at 19 Kingsford Avenue, Glasgow G44 3EU, and you ("the client").
2. You agree to use this site solely for the purposes intended, and not to make false or fraudulent representations.
3. You agree not to post any obscene, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content or content that could lead to conduct of a criminal nature.
4. You agree to be bound by our privacy policy.
5. You are solely responsible for the security of your user account and indemnify Save Our Date, fuzzylime ltd and their employees from any third-party claims, liability or costs in this regard.
6. Your website will be hosted on servers based in the United States. Included in this service are nightly backups of all website files and databases. We shall, at all times, use our best endeavours to maintain 100% uptime for your website, although this is not guaranteed.
7. Your website will remain live for two years from the date on which you signed up to Save Our Date. You will receive notification approximately one month before this period expires offering you the chance to renew your account and keep your site live.
8. Save Our Date sites have been tested in and are fully supported by the following browsers: Internet Explorer 7 and 8, Firefox 3 and the latest versions of Google Chrome and Safari. While we have tried to ensure full compatibility with older browsers, and most functionality is available in Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 2 in particular, we cannot guarantee that all functions will work properly and, if you choose to use them, you do so at your own risk.
9. You warrant absolutely that all text, graphics, photographs, designs, trademarks or artwork included on the website are owned by the user, or that the user has permission from the legal owner of same for reproduction. Your hereby indemnify Save Our Date and fuzzylime ltd against all claims resulting from you not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permissions.
10. Save Our Date, fuzzylime ltd and their employees shall not be held liable for any damages – direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential – arising from access to or use of the site.
11. Save Our Date reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to an account held by any user which Save Our Date determines is in breach of this agreement.
12. Site designs and templates are the copyright of fuzzylime ltd. You agree not to copy, republish or redistribute these templates. All content uploaded by you to your site remains copyright of the original rights holder.
13. This agreement is interpreted under, and governed by, Scots law.
